Dr. Gil Asafrana is an Israeli specialist in oral rehabilitation with extensive clinical, academic, and educational experience in advanced prosthodontics, implant rehabilitation, digital dentistry, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. He is recognized for combining evidence-based dentistry with practical clinical protocols and modern digital workflows.
Dr. Asafrana served as President of the Prosthodontic Society and founded the Oral Rehabilitation Unit at Beilinson Hospital, contributing significantly to the advancement of prosthodontic education and clinical standards.
In parallel with his clinical work, Dr. Asafrana lectures internationally to dentists and specialists on contemporary restorative concepts, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant-supported prosthetics, digital workflows, treatment planning, and esthetic rehabilitation. He also served on the advisory board of Paltop/Keystone Dental and advises MARS (Medical Augmented Reality Services), contributing to innovation in digital dentistry and healthcare technology.
